Join a guided tractor trailer or walking tour of the orchards and discover more about our living museum of fruit trees. Knowledgeable Brogdale Collections guides will lead tours where you can sample the fruit so sign up for a free guided tour early as they are popular. 

Apple Eating Competitions!
Get stuck into the apple eating competition!
Use all your skills to eat the apples dangling from a string in front of you, Hand behind your back and no cheating!

Adults can test their (hands free) gobbling power in our grown up competitions, running three times a day followed by the children's eating competitions! All with no hands of course! 
Longest Apple Peel Competition
Take the challenge to create the longest single piece of apple peel in one go.

Falconry Display
Don't miss these beautiful birds of prey in flight throughout the weekend. Talk to the keepers and have your photo taken with these fantastic animals. You can even get involved too if you are lucky!

Try your hand at space hopper racing,scarecrow lasso, longest apple peel and other festival games, all for free!

Horticultural Machines
Visit the exhibition of Vintage Horticultural Machinery including ploughs, hoes and tractors.  This is a wonderful way to see the development of horticultural methods through the ages and ask the collectors questions.
